In 2016 The Village had the opportunity to purchase the Grasslands Villa from Sask Housing. 
​Newly named, Mankota Housing, it features 4 - Two Bedroom apartments and 6 - one bedroom apartments. 
Since acquiring the units, they have been fully renovated and modernized. 
Apartments come with fridge, stove, dishwasher (only in 2 bedroom units),
washer and dryer and monthly rent includes power, heat, water/sewer, cable and internet. 
We currently have fully furnished units available for short term or long term rent. 
Rent by the week, or month, we can accommodate just about anyone's travel plans.
