WELCOME  TO THE VILLAGE OF MANKOTA

​Mankota is located in Rural Municipality No. 45,
South West Saskatchewan, Canada
near the end of Highways 18 & 19,
​about 150 km southeast of the city of Swift Current.
Our population was 211 at the 2011 Census.
We are a small friendly community with many strong family ties. ​​​

Another point of interest is that we are about 30 miles north of the U.S. border between the East and West divisions of the Grasslands National Park.

North of the town of Mankota is gently rolling landscape comprised mainly of farmland.
South of Mankota opens up to some of the largest expanses of unbroken shortgrass native prairie in Canada.
